Our Development area wants to start using Solicitor when entering Contributions so they can more easily sort the acknowledgements. Sounds easy enough except I am seeing somethings that need clarification.
In the past I have always thought the Solicitor field in contributions is separate from the Worker in Plans. However, though the Solicitor field is not used in the Contribution when acknowlegments are run we are getting a Solicitor for a few records. I can't figure out what is causing this to happen. Is this coming from Plans in someway if there is a match between the fields? I did a simple test and check the documentation but am not finding anything yet.
