This may sound strange but we have a Tess Citrix User whose Citrix is fuzzy. When the User lands on the first Tessitura Screen (after logging in) the screen is blurry. We have tried using other browsers, checking other web pages totally unrelated to Citrix, restarting, checked the monitor and screen, itself, etc., but nothing makes a difference. It's this one screen/Tess Citrix Page that is blurry/fuzzy.
Has anyone else run in to this issue? If so what was the resolution?
We have a user with the same issue in our consortium - not sure if they have resolved the issue but will check with them and let you know!
We also had the same issue. Very strange. Of all system, only one computer experienced this issue. When Tess loaded, the text was not clear and sharp, and somewhat difficult to read. I did the same thing, swapping monitors, cables, even graphics cards. I eventually uninstalled Citrix 4.6 and loaded Citrix 4.5. For whatever reason, the fuzzy went away. Not sure if reloading Citrix was the answer, but in this one circumstance, it worked.
A member of our IT Department was able to figure it out! While in Citrix Receiver he went to 'Advanced Settings' and changed the DPI settings from "Yes, use recommended settings" to "No, use native settings."
And that fixed it!
