Donate for Resale seats available via SYOS on website

Good afternoon!

We are attempting to find a solution that enables patrons to reserve seats that have been previously donated for resale on our website by way of SYOS.  For context, we have a custom website. 

I've hopped around several threads and had a few important takeaways that are implemented on our end:

• In TR_SEAT_STATUS, the Status Priority for Donated for Resale seats has been changed from 18 to 15.
• In T_DEFAULTS, we have BEST SEAT DONATED SEATS set to Yes so that Donated for Resale seats can be reserved via the best seat functionality.

At this point, I'm at a loss as to how to make these seats available for SYOS on our website.  I've read a few tidbits here and there about allowing the WebAPI to have access to seats with a Status Priority (from TR_SEAT_STATUS) of 15, but to be frank I don't know where I'd make that change!
