Has anyone out there built custom NScan Monitor Attributes for email notifications? Our Theater Manager would like emails sent to specific email addresses based on the facility AND constituency being scanned. For example, we have 5 performances spaces in the building, so the House Manager at Theater 1 would get an email to Theater1@email.com when a ticket is scanned for someone with a VIP constituency attending a show in Theater 1.
Initial research makes it seem like a pretty daunting task; would love to pick the brain of anyone who has accomplished something similar.
