Ever since our organization updated our records and appeals for the new fiscal year our salutations on constituents have been incorrect. This never happened on any previous fiscal year update so I am quite confused. The prefix for each household is beginning with "Ms." or "Mrs." instead of "Mr." on a same last name household. Our original format was, "Mr. and Mrs. John Doe".
Is there a way to mass swap A1 and A2 rather than having to manually swap in the "Relationships" tab on constituents?

Any insight on this? I am assuming that the only way to do this is with a query script to bulk update all constituent salutations.
You could change your TR_SALUTATION_FORMAT to put A2 first and then run the Re-build utility. This only works though is the "Mr." is always A2. I'd run it in test first though.
