While printing Web orders on a Boca printer, the printer suddenly stopped in the middle of a printing of about 30 orders. When the printer resumed printing about 5 minutes later, 9 orders had been skipped and had to be reprinted. We have been told that this is called “respooling”.
Is this part of the windows spooler process or is it part of the Tessitura print process?
