My Head of Box office has asked me to make a copy of the Facility Update Utility which will take an alteration to the Facility map but only apply it to a specific Production Season. I've tried......I've really tried, but I'm rapidly getting to the conclusion that it can't be achieved.
I can add seats, run the update and the new seats only appear for the specified PS, then change seats on the same Facility map and run the update for a different PS and what I find is that the original changes lose all their Seat Types, Price Zones etc but don't get blacked out.
Am I attempting the impossible here?

Hi Debbie,
Not an exact solution to your custom report problem, but we have a workaround for applying Facility changes to a specific Production Season. We temporarily change the Season assigned to the Production Season to one called 'Ticketing Facility Updates only' We then run the standard Facility Updates utility, selecting the Ticketing Facility Updates Season. Then we change the Season back to what it was originally.
If you use Control Groups on Seasons, it might mean that the Performances in the Production Season are temporary unavailable for User and the Web. We manage this by running the utility before the Box Office Opens.
