How are folks handling multiple ticket designs for the print at home ticket? We'd like to have at least four or five different designs. One each for standard fixed seat perfs, general admission, parking facilities, and the same for secondary venues. I believe it is possible to do this per the documentation. We're finding that using only one design doesn't really work too well. We don't want to print row and seat numbers on general admission tickets!! Would someone be able to elaborate or point us in a good direction?
Thanks!!

Dave,
We have over 15 different PAHT designs to include reserved seating, general admission, and parking. On our general admission templates, we just put "General Admission" as static text and do not put rows or seats on it.
Just create your 4 or 5 Tessitura ticket designs and assign them to the proper price types and performances. Then create a pdf template for each Tessitura ticket design. Make sure you name the PDF the same as the design_no that it represents.

We currently have two PAHT designs. Reserved and General Admission. As Marty says you can have as many as you are willing to manage.
Thank you both very much for your replies.
One additional question: We use special characters in our ticket text fields so they get converted properly by the Boca printers. \ = Ö, ] = Ü, etc. Is anyone handling these in the PAHT pdf’s? If so, how?
