In the Contact Details, the Contact Point Purposes radio button is only available in System Admin. What setting needs to be updated to allow other user groups to use this button?

I do wish documentation on a page or feature included links or reference to associated security objects. Actually, the v14 docs seem to lack the old "related items" menu at the bottom, which was often extremely helpful to me.
I'm with you on that Gawain. It's so time consuming to read the related documentation and then have to go searching for the security document or another document.
Now that I poke around for something else I'm seeing "Related Topics", just wasn't on the pages for Contact Point Purposes.

It seems that I've missed added the Related Topics links on many of the new feature topics recently. I'm adding a task to clean those up for the v14.1 help system release.
As for a listing of security objects related to screens, we have a second security object table topic where the objects are grouped by functional area instead of just listed alphabetically:
