We're in the process of setting up with Tessitura, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on a training plan that has worked well for their organization. I'm not looking for specific user manuals - I'm curious about how organizations incentivize regular Tessitura learning (and practice) among staff and how they incorporate training into the onboarding of new staff. Do you have a Tessitura learning committee or internal training manager? Do you have learning quizzes or competitions?

I do brown bag lunches about once a month, or every other month, and cover a Tessitura topic. I invited anyone who uses Tessitura to attend. We've covered list management, extractions, basic data entry standards, T-Stats, Plans, Reports, etc. Another thing I do is invited anyone who wants to attend to the webinars hosted by Tessitura. I also do one-on-one training with new employees to familiarize them with Tessitura.
