We're just starting the planning process of relaunching our website (est Jan 2019) and I'm looking for advice from those of you who have gone through the process on how you managed the project internally. How did you divide the work? How did you get staff invested in helping? Did you have subcommittees? Any other bits of advice from the future?
We're using L2 for a fully customized site, Wordpress CMS, and will be integrating with Prospect2.

I know that our newest consortium organization, the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa, is going through the RFP process for a new website as they start their implementation into Tessitura. They’re a very small staff so I don’t know how much their process might look like yours, but I figured it might be worth a shot in case there’s a good connection to be had on the conversation. If anything, talking with them might identify some things that neither of you have thought of yet!
I think most of their employees are already registered on these forums, so I’d encourage you to reach out to them; I think Lauren Collins might be a good place to start because she’s been heavily involved in the RFP process.
