We have also experienced this on 12.5 and 14 after switching to P2PE devices with Payment Express.  Have been working with Tessitura support in earnest for about a week.  They have come up with some ideas that should mitigate this in a future release.  I would recommend getting your support ticket in front of Boann Peterson who has been working with us on the issue.  Our work on this (and the defect report to development) is on TASK issue #95483.

Since upgrading to v.14, we have had multiple charges through Vanitv for orders that are not actually in Tessitura, resulting in patron credit cards being charged multiple times. 

Vantiv is saying there is an internet connection issue where the charge is not going into Tessitura the first time resulting in the duplicate charges.

I have already submitted a TASK ticket, but we are wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
