Hi guys,
We have a performance coming up and when we open the Product Reference screen and go to Availability the available seats count section is blank! I'm unclear as to whether this has been happening since this particular performance went onsale or if this is a more recent issue. We have other performances in the same production season and everything that are working fine. The season is selected for EIS (though if it weren't, the other performances in that season would be broken as well and that's not the case).
I'm sure I've seen something somewhere at one point about this.... but I can't find anything about it now. Still getting the hang of the new website. :)
If anyone knows a quick fix that would be grand!

Ah. I'll answer my own question in case it is helpful for someone else in the future! The price type flagged as the Base Price was no longer active. By making an active price type the base price it brought back the availability numbers.
I knew it was something small like that, just couldn't find it! :)
