We are working on getting TRBO going. And I have couple of questions regarding the email tickets functionality -- it seems that it works regardless of delivery method chosen. As well the Zebra print design with the QR codes scans way better than bar codes on mobile devices. Is there a way that agents can trigger that delivery method from the application as it doesn't seem to work like PAH?
Also how do you customize the receipt beyond header, footer and html, as we'd like to pull in different fields connected to an order?

Are there any Australian customers using TRBO? We are investigating implementing it, and would like to know more about organisation experiences with it.

We haven't started using TRBO yet (and we're not in Australia); but from my investigation it appears to be kind of a closed system not allowing for much customisation. I've learned that you cannot pull in additional fields for the receipt and can only modify the header and footer with html.I don't believe agents can trigger the TRBO generated email tickets from the application. That said we're still excited to try it out.

The Zebra printer drivers are tied to the TRBO app. There is no zebra printer support in the Tessitura application.
I tried to do something similar with laptops and printing to paired zebra printers and was unsuccessful.
With regard to the mobile device scanning, are you using TNMP? The only issue we have is with the brightness on the screens. We usually have to tell people to turn it up and then it's fine.
Unfortunately, that is all you can customize with the receipts. It's a bit strange that it sits in a system table instead of in ticket design like everything else. I believe there is an enhancement request to open that up.
