Error when testing payment on v14

We are in the process of testing v14 and are running into an error when we try to make a payment.  After we swipe the card, Tessitura displays an error message with Payment ID 713752 and error "Failed to log payment gateway activity."  We use Vantiv, and the charge does go through on their end.  If anyone has run into this before or has thoughts on how to resolve it, I would really appreciate it!

    Hello, It may not be the same issue but when testing v14 we had a payment issue similar to this, although we use TNSPay. The resolution was to add a merchant ID to all cc payment types (for retail and MOTO). This must be an undocumented change as we didn't have to populate these field before as we used a generic 'TNSPay' cc payment type. Like you, the payment went through but threw an error on the payment screen in Tessitura client. Hope this helps, apologies if this isn't the problems. Jamie

    Hi Jamie - a belated thanks for your help with this!  Our issue was resolved with Service Pack 3.
