What happens to scheduled reports when a user leaves?

We're a five-organization in Kalamazoo that has been live since mid-2015 and we're about to have some high-level staff upheavals for the first time.  One of my power users is leaving the consortium altogether, and another is switching organizations.  I'd like to ensure that any scheduled reports set up by the user who is leaving completely will still continue to run.Have any other orgs dealt with this scenario?

Additionally, the leaving user has created a lot of custom reports for her org and I will need to make sure that "dbo" owns all of those. I would love some tips for best practices here, as well.

Thanks in advance!

Mindee

As long as the date range for the schedule report has an end date far enough in teh future, they will continue to run even if you inactivate the user.

We have a process in place where our Box Office Administrator schedules all of our sales report and when they have left and we've had a new person in the role one we simply update the request table for the relevant reports in the database using SQL so that the new administrator owns the report and can then Maintain and make changes to the report schedule within Tessitura.
