Long time forum surfer, first time poster here-I'm having unexpected trouble making a slight, simple edit to the Pledge Receivable by Period report. The original report setup does not refer to object d_trial_balance_new for its datawindow as I would have expected, but instead to the window w_gooesoft_trial_bal_new.
When I go to copy/edit that window in infomaker, I receive the error "Open of Window w_goosesoft_trial_bal_new failed." The object d_trial_balance_new does not seem to be in use by the report in question, and when I apply it to a new report, I get the report with the header and formatting but no data, both in infomaker and the application.I'm at the limit of my infomaker understanding. Does anybody know where I'm running into trouble?
