Hello Tessy Folks!
I'm relatively new to Tessitura, but did take a ticketing class. In the class we learned about facility manager. I'm attempting to adjust my "Price zone" map. It looks correct in facility manager but the old (non-updated) price zone map shows within the order screen.
Any ideas why my changes are not showing up in the best seat map tab, when I try to place an order?

Here is the documentation on Making Changes to a Facility in Use. It outlines when you need to run the Facility Updates to push those changes out to the individual performances. Also there is now a Utility available in the Tessitura client under Reports and Utilities that you can run so you do not need to run the Facility Update procs in SQL Server. Here's the documentation on that.
