Hi everyone.
We've had some recent glitches with our internet access (we're a RAMP client) that results in our stewardship manager getting halfway through acknowledgements and it failing. However, they will show up as being acknowledged in Tessitura. I know that I can go in and create a duplicate acknowledgement, but I'd really like to see if anyone has a SQL procedure already written to roll back an acknowledgement from printed to unprinted. If not it looks like I'm going to have add another procedure to my summer to do list.
