Donation confirmation email t_defaults value

Our ushers wanted to be able to send order confirmations (work schedules) from ushers@shakespearetheatre.org rather than our standard email customerservice@shakespearetheatre.org. 

I  created a new organization named “ushers” and added an entirely new set of t_default entries under the new “parent”.  In Tess security I assigned our usher admin user group to the new organization.

The result is confirmation emails from different addresses based on the user’s current user group.  This may or may not work for you as the user would have to re-login into a different user group in order to switch back to an alternate “from” address.  In our case it has worked out well as our usher admin staff only have interest in addressing confirmations from ushers@shakespearetheatre.org.  Below are some screenshots in case you’d like to give it a try (clone the ip address, username and password from your existing entries, make sure the “proxy_key” is a unique number):

I am looking for a row to add in t_defaults that will allow a different email address to be used for donation confirmation emails when a donation is made without a ticket purchase.  Does such a creature exists?
