We have a member of our team that uses screen magnification software on his computer. But we find that Tessitura regularly crashes while he is using it (this does not happen for other users).
Just wondering if anybody uses an application of this kind, that they find works well with Tess with minimal issues? And if so whether you could let me know about it?

Hi Ryan,
We had a similar issue with ZoomText, Windows 7, and Tessitura. We ended up purchasing a computer with upgraded hardware. This has helped quite a bit. We've only had one crash since we moved the user to the new computer (about two months). If more detailed info about the computer specs would be helpful, please let me know!
