We have a new starter at our org who is color blind and I was wondering if there is a way to make the seating chart more accessible for them. I know colors can be changed in TR_SEAT_STATUS, but it changes it for all users, and I don’t know if my heart can take that after 16 years of the standard color scheme! If any of you have any thoughts or ideas on making Tessitura more color-blind accessible, I’d love to hear them!

Are there any monitor settings that could be switched to work for your new hire rather than altering Tessitura?
To be totally honest, we simply changed the colours in TR_SEAT_STATUS. Our colour blind employee is no longer with us but even our regular staff didn't enjoy the original colour scheme of the seat map so when we were doing our Tess integration in 2011 we just changed a few of the colours around during our seat map setup and testing. Never looked back!
I know that isn't what you were looking for. But to be honest it was the simplest way to go for us.
