I am in the beginning stages of working on a constituent custom screen to hold costume shop measurements. It is occurring to me that I will need to associate one or more productions—and several roles—to one set of measurements.
The custom screen would have fields to hold measurements and associated comments. In the report header I’d pull stage name, gender, voice type from information already elsewhere in the constituent record and include a nested table that could have from one to several entries to handle a performer who is here for a season and could have two or more roles in more than one production. The nested table would consist of customer_no, prod_season_no, artist_type (from a local table), and role (varchar).
Has anyone done something like this? Any pointers?

I was wondering if you'd managed to get anywhere with this - we're currently in the process of implementing Tess and our artistic team are looking at a way to list the roles actors have performed within their constituent records. We're looking at a few different options and one idea is to try and link the artists/roles/credits information from Ticketing setup to constituent records. It sounds the report/custom screen you're describing would create this link between artists and constituent records and was wondering if you were able to do this and had any suggestions on how this can be done?
Any advice or suggestions would be great!

We use the built-in functionality that Tessitura provides for artist & role tracking, but then we have a custom view and attribute that lets us link the artist to the constituent record. I'm happy to send along the script if interested!
