Problem with seat map display

Hi

We've just got Windows 7 on a few new PCs and the seat map is now displaying without the vertical dividing lines, shown here:

Any suggestions to make it display correctly again?

Thanks

  • We recently ran into this with remote desktop, we have traditionally given our users RDP icons, but with RemoteApp on Windows Server 2008 (application publishing).  RemoteApp let's us push a Tessitura Icon to the user desktop slightly different than going to Accessories->Remote Desktop Connection and saving the shortcut.

We had the vertical lines disappear in the RemoteApp installer, but not if you RDP into the traditional way with stadard remote desktop.  We did a rebuild of the installer with "Font-Smoothing" turned off and that corrected the issue.

Not sure if it's related in your case since your seeing it on your new Windows 7 PC's, but something else to check out. If your using RDP under Windows7 there's an experience tab Font Smoothing is in that tab.
