Hi
We've just got Windows 7 on a few new PCs and the seat map is now displaying without the vertical dividing lines, shown here:
Any suggestions to make it display correctly again?
Thanks
Siobhan
Am not sure if this is the answer to your problem - but I can make the dividing lines disappear from my seat map and then re-appear, so hopefully it will help!
Go to Control Panel and then Display (or any way you want to get to the Display Properties!)
Select the Appearance tab, and from there select the effects button on the left hand side.
Make sure that your "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" is ticked, and the drop down set to Standard.
If mine is set to ClearType I loose the dividing lines, but set to Standard they are there.
Hope this is the answer!

Thanks Caryl. Went to have a look at this but I don't have those options through Control Panel > Display. This is the first time I've ever seen Windows 7 so don't really know my way around!
I don't know my way around Windows 7 either - is it the same as Vista?
Right click on the desktop and go to Personalize.
Go to Window Color and Appearance and then to Effects?
We've also had a similar experience with Windows Vista and ClearType. Interesting to know it's in Win7, too.
I'll give that a try Caryl, thanks.
Christian, did you solve it in the same way Caryl mentioned?
I was just checking our helpdesk system. Yes, we disabled ClearType for our flatscreen users. We still have a lot of CRT displays, though, so it hasn't been very common for us.
