We are starting to use TRBO and are running up against the best seat default that (quoted from Help System) "the best seat function reserves contiguous seats only and does not reserve seats that would leave a single seat behind (e.g. two out of three contiguous seats); these defaults can be overridden with a special request."
You can't access special requests in TRBO, so if we're trying to ticket an event with 3 seats left, and someone wants to book a pair, the only way to do it is to book two orders with 1 ticket each.
Has anyone encountered this problem and found a better solution?
