individual, non-contiguous, non-sold seats

We are experiencing an issue with our web ticket sales. In “almost-sold-out” concerts, where there are individual seats available to be sold, and those seats are not side-by-side, patrons are getting error messages when they try to purchase multiple tickets online. I’m certain others have had this same issue, but as example: Suppose a concert only has five seats remaining, and those seats are dispersed throughout the hall, and they are not contiguous. Our website through Tessitura will correctly show there are “5” tickets available to be selected. So then when a patron then selects 2 or more of the “available” 5 seats, they get an error message. This specific issue only occurs when: 1) the concert is “almost-sold-out” and only individual, non-contiguous seats are available; AND 2) a patron selects more than 1 of the available seats online.
