Default Ticket Printer Issue

Good afternoon all,

We just purchased a new BOCA Lemur ticket printer and have been able to get it installed and working with our computers (this is progress, for anyone familiar with our travails last summer) and I can even get our Tessitura (RAMP/Citrix) instance to recognize the BOCA in the Printer Setup list.

However, under our User Preferences, I can't get Default Ticket Printer to show the BOCA in the drop-down, no matter how many times I click the "Refresh" button. Has anyone else had this issue before? Any solutions that come to mind?
