Hello everyone,
We are noticing that the order source number is not populating in the line item source as is supposed to be standard behavior. For example, the order source is 12709 but the line item source is 12425. Both sources come from different appeals going to the same campaign. We just noticed this on a web renewal and are wondering if anyone else is experiencing this behavior. I've checked other web package orders and all are exhibiting this behavior.
I did try to find anything in the known defects spreadsheet about this but could find nothing. We are on V12.5.1

Now that you mention it, I did see this same behaviour a couple of weeks ago. I meant to investigate further, but didn't make a note and completely forgot. I don't think it's happening on all web orders though. I'll have to look a little further.
In our case, the one I found was showing the order source using an unsolicited promo source, but the line items were using the default internet source.

Hey Michele,
As I researched this more, it appeared it was just one order that somehow got through that way as all other web renewals were fine that I checked. Me thinks something hiccuped during the online renewal and that's why that happened. We're still going to watch orders to ensure they are coming through correctly.
