Hello, Our organization would like to sell boat tours in Tessitura and this poses some ticket and receipt printing questions. The department involved would like to use a regular computer, set up with QuickSale, for selling, but wants to print a ticket/receipt on a thermal text printer. Is this possible? I know we have the option to set up a ticket or form for a text printer, but I don't see a receipt format option, and so have not been able to access payment data. A sample of a previous receipt for these sales is attached. Thank you for you help! Hi Malek,
Actually, you can create all sorts of ticket and receipt designs with thermal printers. I would go to the help section for ticket design and read all the documentation found there. In Tessitura, if you go to Ticketing Setup and then Ticket Design, if you click help, the 1st or 2nd option to choose is Ticket Design Overview.
