Reminders at Login

A user is not getting reminders at login. She used to get them, but unfortunately can’t say exactly when she stopped. We confirmed that the box in Preferences for Show reminders at login is checked, but she’s still not getting anything. What else are we missing?

Jeanne, Is it just that there aren't any reminders and the screen still shows up or is it that she's not even getting the reminders page at all? Can she access it from Tools>View Reminders? If not, then it's likely a security setting that's been changed or she's changed user groups.
