Hi Grant, Thanks for the info, it looks like that model cash drawer is not on that site anymore, also we are in Australia so at the moment I’m looking around for similar drawers with the serial port closer to home. There is some setup that needs to be consistent like they need to use the same COM Port on all your workstations. You cant have it be COM1 on one workstation and COM4 on another, otherwise the .ini file wont work.
