Thanks for the info, it looks like that model cash drawer is not on that site anymore, also we are in Australia so at the moment I’m looking around for similar drawers with the serial port closer to home.

Yes we had to buy an adapter and you'll need to open a ramp ticket to get the .ini files installed for all users with a cash drawer. There is some setup that needs to be consistent like they need to use the same COM Port on all your workstations. You cant have it be COM1 on one workstation and COM4 on another, otherwise the .ini file wont work. Hi All I'm looking to implement cash drawers with our Tessitura RAMP configured laptops at our temporary box offices. Can anyone recommend electronic cash drawers make or model compatible with Tessitura and the serial to usb type connection? Economical and easy to find/buy drawers would be ideal.
