Thanks both,
I was hoping to be able to alter the default text as a bit of a prod and reminder to people to put in their own email address. I was wondering if the default was hidden in a system table somewhere, but I suppose we’ll have to stick with the standard.

I like using "Automatically emailed by the Happy Tessitura Report Email Robot". :-) As Caryl says, it's text only, but it's worse than that: AP_SEND_SMTP_MAIL even strips out line breaks. I haven't the slightest idea why CRLFs would be problematic to include in an email body, but then, I can't explain why that proc wants to run sp_send_dbmail via sqlcmd in an xp_cmdshell either.

You can just add it when you schedule the report. It's in the same place as you add the email addresses and can change the subject line. From memory I don't think you can format it however, but we quite often put text in there Caryl

OH I get it! It would be so great if that text was overridable in TR_SCREEN_TEXT.
