Hi, our main facility is primarily reserved but we also have a few general admission events. Is a separate GA facility required for these events to present correctly on our website? Our web programmer says it is needed to correctly display the price and not display sections. Like many of you, we are mid-season so I want to identify the most efficient path forward.
Thanks in advance for your feedback,
Jeri
Yes, best practice would be to use a seperate facility for the GA event.
Otherwise, the patron on the web will be seeing section, row and seat information returned in the cart and that will give them the impression that they have an assinged seat.
