Hi Tess Users-
I am looking for information on Data Appending services. Such as what company did you go with and what services are you using them for (Demographic info; Financial info; Education level; etc). In addition - how did you bring the data in and out from Tess?
Thank you in advance for any specific information you can share.

Hi all --
I'm picking up on this thread from last year. Are there any other data append services out there other than Peachtree and Experian?
We currently use Experian but would like to price out some alternatives.
I'm also curious if anyone has done an email match (find the email address using name + address) or reverse email match (find the postal address using name + email address) and imported that data back into Tessitura and sent communications to that acquired contact data?
Thanks!
Chuck Buchanan
Hello all,
We are looking into options for a reverse data append and so I am picking up this thread. For this append, we are looking to access postal addresses from emails and are curious about vendor options.

Hey Sarah,
Although we haven't one what you are looking to do, we use Zeta Global to do our NCOA updates and have been VERY happy with their service. They also are extremely affordable. They created the NCOA utility with Tessitura. I would suggest reaching out to them to see what they could do. Here's where their information is located in the Ecosystem of Partners section of the website. They are listed under Experian. https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Services/Partnerships/Address-Services
Hi Sara,
We also use Zeta for NCOA and an annual data append. They are very responsive and have a variety of options for the append.
We continue to use Peachtree Data.
Hi Charles,
We recently did a data append with Peachtree and preparing to add to records. Curious what your perspective is about locking down access to sensitive demographic data such as household income and the like from user groups? We do not use control groups here.
We are very careful about access to view the data on individual records since it includes sensitive data. From my perspective the only purpose of being able to view the data individually is during the testing of the upload to Tessitura to ensure accuracy by I.T. After that the main purpose and usefulness of the data is aggregated in mass for passive target marketing or season by season analysis. To achieve security, we used a control group that has limited access across the team.
