Getting the following entry in my PAHT log.

####IGNORE: Order #767478 Failed-Reason: Non Ticket Order

 

What is a Non Ticket Order? The order does have a ticket in it that I am trying to use Print at Home. I must have a setting wrong somewhere that would cause this.

    This happened to me while setting up PAHTS and it was because the order included tickets for a performance in the past and I was attempting to reprint.

    Sure enough, The performance date was in the past. Changed the performance date (Test) and it started working.
