The Dallas Opera has made the leap to Office 365, including email and fileshares. It's working well except for one nagging problem; we can't connect directly to our O365 document libraries when we are in Tessitura.
Everyone tells us to "map the drive" so that it shows up in the 2x client, but every attempt we've made to map the drive results in the creation of a Network Location instead of an actual mapped drive with a drive letter assigned.
Have any of you RAMP clients successfully connected Tessitura and O365 document libraries? If so, how did you do it? We'd love to try your solution here.
