Pledge Detail Report by Campaign

Since its unpaid pledges why not use the summary Yearly Cash planning.  It can be run by for Campaigns.  It will at least give the raw data

My Director of Finance needs a report  for open pledge by campaigns instead of by fund of the standard reports for our 2009 year end reporting.  I looking for any help or insight on how other organization  deal with this issue.
