Custom reports

Do you have custom reports that are useful when settling events the promoters, tour managers, Broadway tours, etc? It seems that the standard reports do not give the level of details often needed.

 

Any insight, suggest (and samples) would be appreciated.

    We have developed our own custom SSRS Theatre Booking Settlement Report. The credit card fee can either be a blanket percent from the parameter, or taken from a custom table based on the actual card used.

    Hey Brian,

    We have custom reports for daily sales and settlement, each showing Gross revenue, fees, tax and net to Presenter.

    The fee values and tax are based on content fields set at either Prod Season or Performance level. The report takes those values and dependent on the MOS and Price Types used, works out what fees are payable for each ticket.

    I'll email you with a sample - I'm not keen on publicly displaying our fees so won't attach anything on here.
