Hi there,
We've started rolling out Windows 10 to our users, however I haven't been able to get the Reports > Save as PDF functionality working. No matter which driver I use, the report comes up as 0 bytes.
The gs driver won't install in our Windows 10 as it's unsigned and we used to use the Xerox 6120 driver on windows 7 to great success, however no driver seems to work with Windows 10. Doing File > Print and selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" does work fine, however it would be nice to that the easy method working.
Has anyone had any luck with this?
Thank you!
Kevin.
Found the solution, based off of other older posts I found here... had to download version 9.20 / 64-bit version of the gs driver to work correctly in Windows 10.
