I am experiencing a strange issue with some canned reports and am hoping someone might be able to shed some light. There are a few canned reports that I run regularly, if not daily, that I have never had issue with that are now causing problems. The gist of the issue is that yesterday all of these reports ran as expected but today they are coming up blank when I run them. Same criteria as the day before just no results generated. They all seem to be working fine for my colleague who has the same access and privileges as me and when I run them in test they pull all that data that existed before the last test refresh, they just will not pull the data from live.
To add to the strangeness some similar reports are functioning just fine. For instance the Patron Activity Report is not pulling any data at all but the Fund Activity Report is pulling exactly what I ask it for.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions for where to look to get it resolved?
