Unmerge for version 12.5.1

I've seen a few forum discussions about unmerging records and I'm wondering if anyone has an updated procedure for 12.5.1.

Unless your org has had custom code in place that saves the pre-merge data (e.g. see posts from Ken McSwain, Brian W. Grundstrom, and possibly others, in this forum), there is no built-in way to do this, i.e. it will involve re-activating, updating, and/or re-creating various bits and pieces of data in SSMS.

The network used to have an article online that listed all of the tables that are involved, but I suspect that got out of date and has been abandoned; all I see is this now:

If you or someone else at your org has access to your database via SSMS it's not really very difficult to do an un-merge by hand, though it can be a bit time-consuming if two very involved constituents got merged.
