Testing Email Confirmations - Email Limit Reached?

We are hosted on RAMP and are using the latest TNEW.

I'm testing a web api call from within the OrderEmail confirmation template. All was going okay, but now, even when i used past code versions that were absolutely working, the emails no longer get sent, and I'm getting this message in the TNEW "_qa_" site when I submit my order:

"We encountered a problem sending the confirmation to the email address provided, but your order was successful. Please contact the box office for an order confirmation."

Needless to say, I can't do anymore testing if the emails aren't being sent. I changed the email on my account and one email was successfully sent, then any completed orders once again got the same message above.

I've not seen this message before, and can't find any information about it.

    This is a generic error message that means the order was created, but for one reason or another the order confirmation template failed to execute. You may be able to learn more from the TNEW logs available via the Admin interface for your (in this case) QA/Test site.

    If you find nothing there, the error may have landed in the logs on the other load balancing server (don't get me started...), in which case a Web Products support ticket, asking them to check the logs, would be your next step.
