This is not strictly technical but it's the sort of issue us technical folk are tasked with sorting.
Loading pricing templates via Ticketing Setup > Pricing Setup > Price Templates is really very slow and I can't workout if it's just the amount of information the application is having to load or if there's maybe another reason behind it?
For example, loading a facility and then a zone map that has 6 price templates attached to it takes 2 minutes to load which is really very time consuming if you have several templates to add across different zone maps. There have also been reports of this taking up to 8 minutes, too!
Has anyone else had this problem and is there a reason for it or just one of those things?

I have wondered at this as well. It takes anywhere from two to three minutes for ours to load. I assumed as you do that it was just due to the amount of information that needs to be loaded, but one would think that loading a large number of performances through Season Maintenance would then post similar results.
Seeing as it does not take that long to load season maintenance information when you are looking at pricing for even 30 or 40 different events, I am thinking that that might not exactly be the reason.
I've just on the Tessitura Report Defect list that it's on there (id 69685) and it's down as a 'defect-in-development' with no resolution as of yet.
So looks like it's a Tessitura thing rather than anything a miss at this end!
