Hello folks,
I have one user who experiences the strangest behavior every time she tries to schedule a report. No matter what time she sets the report to run, it will revert to 12:00AM. If we save the schedule, close it and open it back up it says 12 am, if we delete it and recreate it, it says 12 am. And the report runs at 12 am reg.ardless of the original input. It is only one user that is affected and I'm at a loss in finding a solution. Any ideas?

We have not had this problem specifically, but we have had trouble setting default printers within Tessitura for some users. We have found that we either have to adjust the user's read/write permissions or we have to log on to the machine as an adminsitrator to install the printer. Once we do that the user is able to set the default printer when they are logged in as normal. I wonder if the two problems have similar causes...

We have had a similar problem. A report was set to run at 12 pm but instead it would run at 12 am. Then we reset the time for 12:01 pm still it would run at 12 am. Finally we set the time at 11:58 am and then it started running on time (11:58 am). Other reports were running ok though and this was the only report we had tried to schedule at 12 pm.

had trouble setting default printers within Tessitura
If you're getting the "error has occurred while setting printer to default" message, check the permissions to the tessitura.ini file on thw workstations in question. Everyone needs "modify" to be able to set default printers.
Have no idea about the report scheduling issue...
