PE ID in Attributes

Hello!

While trying to pull our lists for our Program Book, one of our Developers came across an ID that was pulling two names.  To hopefully make this explanation easier to understand, the constituent we wanted to pull we'll call Laura and the constituent that was mysteriously pulled along with Laura, we'll call Mary.

There appears to be no relationship or data similarities between Laura and Mary so it's mysterious that Mary would pop up while trying to pull Laura's profile.  On the search page, in blue lettering by the search bar, read "ID Match with PE ID."  After some investigation I found that on the attributes tab of Mary's profile, showed a "PE ID" that matched Laura's ID.  There was also an attribute entry on Laura's profile that read 1783, I don't know what this is referencing.

I tracked down this attribute to T_Keyword but was still unable to figure out what PE ID means, what it's doing and why it's connecting to profiles that, from a surface point of view, don't seem to have much in common.  Has anyone else run into this or knows what PE ID stands for?

Thank you!

  • In addition to Nick's reply, you can control the behavior of the constituent search screen by unchecking the "Incl in Basic Search" checkbox in T_KEYWORD for that single entry. Note that this is system-wide and will affect anyone who is still referencing the legacy ID's for lookups. It's usually left checked for a season or two after converting to Tessitura.
