trying to sync token...getting this error
"411Sync data is incorrect-Token sync failed please try again with two new numbers or check"
have tried several times to do it and says it every time...not sure what the "or check" means
any suggestions?
Hi Curtis,
We've been running into this too. If you open a ticket with RAMP they can sync the token for you. As far as I know they are aware of some of these issues going on with the "fish" and syncing.
