I am trying to run Tessitura in Windows 10 machines , everything works fine but when i go to individual account and go to plans tab , its giving me a error message , does anyone else have similar issues when running Tessitura in windows 10

What version of Tessitura you are using , i am using Tessitura 12.5.1.216
I'm on Tessitura 12.5.1.216 too!
