PAHT Setting

Just got done doing a Live to Test and trying to get Print at Home set back up on Test. Everything is working except that when I am in the order screen of an order that has already been printed and I want to reprint, I select "Print Order" but the Request PAH Reprint button is not available. I do have permissions to reprint and the allow reprint checkbox in tr_paht_configuration is checked for this mode of sale. What other setting am I missing?

  • Does the order have the PAH delivery method selected?  If not, you can’t schedule it for a reprint via PAH.  If you change the delivery method to PAH before you click the Print Order button, you should be able to schedule a PAH reprint.
